We recently completed a bright and engaging new website for one of Fort Myers Beach’s most popular and well known resorts, Matanzas Inn. This project was pretty much a second phase after already having completed a new website for Matanzas on the Bay, the onsite local’s favorite restaurant on the property.
The new Matanzas.com custom web design features terrific photography from within the resort, and lifestyle photos to capture the overall atmosphere of Matanzas Inn. Website visitors can view pictures of each accommodation option, and view the list of features that each room offers. We created a custom WordPress plugin to allow our client to quickly and easily add new rooms, edit current room features, pictures and more. Website users can also purchase gift certificates for the restaurant directly on the website and can create an account for easy check out in the future and fast reordering.
Booking a room online is done through the Vizergy booking engine and syncs directly with the front desk at the resort. Website users can also view a live webcam positioned above the property looking North towards the Matanzas Pass bridge.
