And….yet again, the online community is slightly baffled. An empty horizontal bracket is supposed to represent the idea that Myspace is a place where people can do anything, with the “space” in the logo representing the users’ space to create whatever they want.
Apparently you can now do anything with identities also, and you don’t even need to finish typing the name of the business. With this new Myspace logo, score one for the ultimate in minimalistic identity design. We’re not sure anyone else gets a point in this case.
